What's included in the monthly 'All-Inclusive' plan price?
The monthly fee covers the initial website build, ongoing security & performance updates, unlimited minor edits (fair usage applies), performance monitoring, and dedicated support hours. Secure hosting and an SSL certificate are also included free for the first 12 months.
Is hosting really included free?
Yes, for the Launch and Grow monthly plans, secure, high-performance hosting is included free of charge for the first 12 months of your contract. After that, it requires the 'Hosting & Maintenance' add-on (£25/month). Pay Upfront clients can add hosting optionally from the start.
What counts as an 'Unlimited Minor Edit'?
This covers changes like updating text, swapping images, adding testimonials, changing contact details, or fixing typos. It generally means tasks taking less than 15-20 minutes. It doesn't cover creating new pages/sections, design changes, or developing new features, which would use support hours or require a separate quote.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Launch to Grow at any point during your contract. Downgrades are possible at the end of the 12-month term. Pay-Upfront clients can add optional services anytime.
What happens after the 12-month contract?
Your website continues to function. You can either renew for another 12 months (locking in the price), move to a rolling monthly 'Hosting & Maintenance' add-on (£25/month) to keep hosting and basic updates, or we can assist with migrating the site elsewhere if you prefer.
Do I own the website?
With the 'Pay Upfront' plan, you receive the full codebase and own it outright. For the monthly 'Launch' and 'Grow' plans, you have an exclusive license to use the website we build for you while your subscription is active. We retain ownership of the underlying custom code, ensuring we can efficiently maintain and update it.
What if I need more support or features?
We offer several optional add-ons like extra support hours, SEO boosters, e-commerce integration, and custom development charged hourly. We can discuss creating a custom package if your needs go beyond the standard plans.
